Arizona Attorney General’s Office of Victim Services (OVS)
Erica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Psychology and is currently completing a Master’s of Legal Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Law. Erica was hired by the Attorney General’s Office of Victim Services as an Advocate in 2016. Erica quickly established herself as the go-to advocate in the office on vulnerable adult cases working closely with attorneys, Adult Protective Services, and other agencies on the complex issues surrounding elder abuse and exploitation. In her first year at the Attorney General’s Office, Erica was awarded the Attorney General’s Rising Star Award, specifically for her work with victims of elder financial exploitation. Erica also serves as a member of the Attorney General’s Task Force Against Senior Abuse (TASA). In her role as Supervisory Advocate for the Phoenix Office of Victim Services, Erica handles the day-to-day supervision of the Phoenix Victim Services and Restitution Advocates while managing a caseload of trial, appeal, and death penalty cases.
