Frank Migali is the Deputy Assistant Director of Community Service Programs within the Division of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) at the Department of Economic Security (DES). Frank oversees Community Service Programs that include the Domestic Violence Program, Homeless Coordination Office, Coordinated Hunger Relief Program, Community Action and Aging Program Administration, and the Refugee Resettlement Program.
Prior to coming to DES, Frank directed the Homeless Education Program at the Arizona Department of Education. Frank has dedicated 16 years of his career to public service in the State of Arizona. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. Frank is a native Arizonan and lives in Glendale with his wife and two kids.
