Governor's Advisory Council on Aging
Dr. Lisa M. O’Neill is the Associate Director of Research and Education at the University of Arizona Center on Aging, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics, General Internal Medicine and Palliative Medicine. Appointed by Governor Ducey, Dr. O’Neill serves as the Chair of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Aging, a 15 member council that advises the Governor, Legislature and State Departments on aging-related issues. The Council works with communities, agencies and older adults to champion positive aging related policy, track state and federal legislation and collaborate with partners to improve the lives of older Arizonans.
